In 1989
Dave graduated from James Buchanan High School in Mercersburg, Pa.

In 1991 on May 25,
He married his best friend Karen L. Hann(Bowman) and has been blessed by four wonderful children Chalmer, Davie, Savila, and Corlie.

In 1992
Dave & Karen volunteered as youth leaders for New LIFE Worship Center, or previously known as The Chambersburg Church of God.

Presently
Dave and Karen are being called into full time ministry and taking classes to receive pastor’s license.

It is the passion of Dave’s heart to teach, minister to the youth, and their families.

He does this by the following:
1. The guidance from the HOLY SPIRIT, “without him....I am nothing” John. 5:30
2. The truth given in the WORD of God because without wisdom a leader cannot lead.
3. By EXAMPLE: I strive everyday to live the way God intended so they can see how it needs to be done 1 Timothy 4:12
4. With lots of LAUGHTER because it is good medicine for the soul Proverbs 17:22
5. Most of all with LOVE because the greatest of these is Love 1 Co. 13:13


Words From Youth Pastor David Hann
“With every passing day in my studies and in prayer it is becoming so very clear that children today need more then what this world is offering. All you need to do is pick up a newspaper or watch the news to realize the desperate state this world’s youth are in.

Here at New Level Youth we are striving to impact the youth of today with the relevant word taught with love and truth. Our activities are centered on teamwork and fun. We encourage fellowship with no discrimination.

We are divinely dedicated and goal oriented to helping kids move above and beyond the circumstances they may have been born into or have found themselves in.

We want to teach kids that there is a God who can heal the hurts they may have experienced already in their young lives.

If children do not know they cannot grow. Our desire is to teach them the truth through the Word of God and this will help them do exactly that grow. We want to nurture that spiritual growth and strengthen the children in our church and in the community with the knowledge of God’s love for them so they can face life’s never ending situations, realizing the end result is victory.

In God’s Word it is not found stating that there is an age limit to HIS blessing. God has a great desire to give freely.
